Today I went into Pep to purchase some goods, i went to the till and gave the attendant my bank card to pay for goods she swiped it 4 times before i got an sms on my phone saying the money was deducted... She (Slindile) then informed me the till system wasn't printing my bank slip and receipt the transaction was incomplete and I couldn't have my goods! I was instructed I now have to wait 24 hrs before I couldeither have my goods or the money will be reversed into my account... As far as I am concerned this is...

I also got some serious attitude from attendants, which I do not appreciate require a written apology for...
