I went into the Total Sports Musgrave store 3 weeks ago in search of a soccer ball. I walked around the store with my 7yr old daughter. the staff were a bit busy and once one of the them was free he came to me. Mr Justin assisted me with my queries, i knew nothing when buying a soccer ball, when he finished explaining me i thought i was an expert. Justin in very proffesional in what he does, he is informative and very patient. i now know which soccer ball to buy and why. o liked his attitute and even though my 7yr old got into the conversation with her questions, he answered them all - he seems a very relaxed guy. I now know when buying sports apparel where to go, Total Sports Musgrave, its not about the specials or the cheap prices but the excellent customer service that wins my vote, Well Done to Total Sports team Musgrave
