We used to do all our shopping at Checkers until our credit card payment was put on unrequested Budget facility and we now have to pay interest on our grocery shopping..When our statement arrived I called Checkers to tell them what they had done. Our details were taken in very much a desultory fashion and we were told to go in that day. Later we received a call telling us not to go in but rather we would be called the next day.2 weeks later we had not had a call or a reply to emails to customer care. Fortunately for us, Checkers 'couldn't care less attitude' has forced us to shop elsewhere and we have been thrilled to find clean shops with incredible prices which we weren't aware of. So Checkers have with their extremely bad service have helped us immensely.
