Good day Clinton, many thanks on taking the matter seriously exploring effective options to bring the matter of my Hello Peter complaint close. I'm however taken aback at the level of disinterest and inconsistency experienced again @ Total Sports Eastgate. As much as I appreciate the gesture of goodwill, I took it in good faith that you were restoring my confidence in your organisation. On the 21/09/2013 I went to Total Sports Eastgate and expressed interest in Solomon's Speed-cross 3 I understood they did not have my size in stock, requested that they be sourced from another store and i would carry the cost. More week on no feedback no ownership. Again after logging a complaint about poor service I reduced from being a customer to n account number. Thanks again for the below the line customer service I look forward to doing the least amount of business with your organization.
