Keep on Sending the Incorrect Parts

Hi Good day,

Last week I Ordered spare parts for my Xplode 250cc Motorcycle at Jonway in Johannesburg. I paid Cash and Paid delivery Cost which Amounts to R1000.
When I received my Shipment on Friday 16/08/2013 I saw that they send me the wrong Parts. It was clear that the Parts belong to someone else. So I contacted them, and they said that they will sort out my Problem, and send me my correct Parcel. I told them its Urgent because I need my Motorcycle for Commuting to work and back.
After 2 Days, I received my new Parts, but yet again, it was the totally wrong Parts. I am so off at the moment. I paid cash almost a week ago, and still they cant get the delivery correct...
How much Longer must I wait for them to send me my correct Part. It is totally un-acceptable.
I am very disappointed at Jonway.
