Ad attitude and poor customer service

I would like to lodge a formal complaint agaisnt premier foods south africa. in all their products it is written that we sholud contact them with any complaints or queries, yet they are not helpful at all or don't bother to be. i sent an enquiry weeks ago to find out when their packet of sugar is added when making their malva pudding. i got an unclear voice message on my phone with no number to call back on, i wrote a complaint, i never got any response until i decided to call them personally yesterday where the receptionist took down my details and promised to call me back. maybe she did, i got a missed call with no voice message nor a number to call back, i called again today and was met by a very rude woman who asked me who i wanted to speak to without even greeting me first then disconnected my call before i could even answer her. thinking it was a mistake i called back and she told me my line was bad she could not hear me, and that was a pure lie, that could even be confirmed by telkom, there is noting wrong with my line she is just lacking respect for people and their customers, that is leading to my complaint now after failing to provide good customer service they even had t
