Following up with the complaint I had in Dec 2012 regarding the disgusting service from Julie Chetty. I have called through the head office and left a message for the regional manager Mr Nankoo to call me and still no call, almost 3 months later. I also left a message with the manager at the store and still nothing. In December when I did go back to the store all the staff members where laughing behind my back. IS THAT A WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS? I WILL NOT LET THIS MATTER REST. If the managers don't want to attend to my complaint I am taking this matter further.
