Just called in again needing to speak to a supervisor as I've been speaking to consultants this whole week. I spoke to a lady by the name Zinhle at 11:16 she hung on me while telling her what's going on the account. Called back 30 seconds later and was told she was on tea. I'm frustrated regarding the lack of assistance regarding the refund, now there are rude consultants who clearly should not be in customer service department as they have no regard of the values and the principle of being the voice of edcon
