I ordered a CD through look & listen in November 2012 and I was told in the beginning of February 2013 that the Look & Listen online service is closing down and they will refund me the amount and even asked for my banking details. I still have received no refund and I am without the cd and getting hold of them is literally impossible. I have phoned non stop and I have been in touch with Delisile who promised I would be contacted and still nothing. Do I have to accept that I have no CD and have paid for it? I feel as if I have been robbed. I cannot undertsand why such a big and reputable company would just throw their name away like this :( So very disappointed!!!
