On 23 January 2013 I placed an order online, which I paid for with my credit card. The purchase was for a birthday present and the order form indicated that it would take 2 - 3 working days for delivery (subject to availability). I still haven't had any delivery or any communication from Look&Listen.
Surely if you don't have stock the right thing to do is to communicate it to a customer, especially since I filled out the online contact form asking for feedback. Don't get me started on contacting their "call centre". I understand that Look&Listen suspended online orders from 12 February - that is not my problem.
I sent an e-mail this morning asking for a refund and still awaiting a response. I have always been a loyal customer and my first online purchase with Look&Listen (because I couldn't find what I wanted in any of their stores near my home) has been a dismal experience.
I have had to make another plan, buying it from a different music/DVD store for twice as much. Now it's just hanging in the air. All I want is someone to get back to me and at the very least just refund me.
