I'm so sick and tired of the service from look and listen. Head office always gives empty promises and one excuse after another. However they never do anything about it. So if I have nowhere to voice my complaint then maybe I should stop buying at the company what so ever, there will come a point where all the clients feel the same as me and then there will be no more look and listen. How can a manager and 7 of her staff pass a client without offering any assistance?
