I've ordered some items from the look and listen online store in December, order was place 12th of December 2012, confirmation of payment received by them on 13th December 2012. it is today the 5th of February 2013 and well guess what, I've still not received my order. An order that were supposed to be send out in 3 days are going strong to be 2 months. I've asked them to give me info on what's going on and it's always the same they're waiting for 1 item from one of their stores, now the last time i received feedback from them they said that they will receive the item by the end of the week or early next week and that has been send to me on the 17th of January, so by the 21st it should have been received, well pushing on another 2 weeks and still not order or feedback! I will NEVER order from them again! this is the worst online buying i've ever experienced!!! They received my money ages ago and I don't receive my stock. Really not impressed and don't have a clue who to take it up with anymore!!!
