Phone promised and sold to another custome

I applied for a cell c contract at the game canal walk store and was approved all that was missing was my bank statements. The phone was to be kept aside and during the course of the week that followed I was in contact with the contact at the store keeping her updated as to my picking up the phone. She was not available after 18.00 that was the only time I could get to the store. When I arrived to pick up on Monday 25th the ph had been sold no other explanation or apology. The shocking service and the total disregard is normal it seems for all staff at game.
