MY ID USED FOR OTHER ACCOUNT AND NO CLUB CARDS

Wanted to get Club Card at local Edgars but Customer Services lady didnt know what it was. Then Canal Walk Edgars (2 hours drive for me) didnt have any, none since December. Everytime I make a purchase a slip saying I need to Fica is printed and I ficaed in October 2012. Worst of all had call from Carole (Carolyn) Parsons who"s consolidating accounts to be told I have my own account but there is another account under my ID No but with a different ladies name and address. This lady lives in another town. I have no idea who she is etc. I could not lodge dispute on Monday because our manager was off work. Tuesday I went to local Edgars and Manager said he would sort it out. Wednesday I could not lodge dispute because Manager was not there and new deputy stil does not know how to process dispute. Phoned dispute line to be told better to lodge complaint with Transunion which I did. Thursday tried phoning dispute line but no answer. After much difficulty Head Office put me through to Sabiso (only helpful person) who investigated and has expedited matter to accounts who is supposed to contact the other lady to verify her ID. I ficaed in October so my account is correct. Plse sort this.
