Game at the Gateway branch has portrayed bad service especially on a busy weekend when there are more customers. At the front till customers were waiting so the till operator could FIRST serve another Game employee making customers wait which took more than 15 minutes. management was nowhere to be seen and after complaining to an indian lady supervisor/manager, she had no courtesy to even apologise.
customer service is becoming worse in South Africa apart from everything else.
