I am a very regular customer of Game, a month I'll pop in 5-7 times. Almost 4 years I've never experienced a bad customer service and thumb's up Game for that... but today it was a different story. A woman by the name of Raisibe shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers directly. She's got a bad stinking attitude, she even gives customers her stinking attitude in front of her manager. Other cashiers/co-workers are also aware she always fights with customers.
Went to Game to buy baby formula, the guy working by the shelves told me to go by information they'll help me. Went to information and there was no one, the cashier next door sends me to cigarette's counter where the manager was, got there and asked Raisibe for the milk, she asks me what size? How much is the big one and small I asked her? You should have asked that by the shelves she says. But how was I suppose to know that? I asks her... That's not my problem, we don't give prices here and I am just a cashier, I don't help with prices. She said. I really wasn't happy with all this, one thing she forgets, WE PAYING HER SALARY AS CUSTOMERS. WE NOT ASKING STUFF FOR FREE, THE LEAST SHE COULD DO IS TO SERVE US WITH A SMILE!!!
