I purchased a couch from Game Gateway. The manager on duty at the customer service desk at approx. 6.45pm on Monday October 21st 2013; (I didn't get his name); displayed the epitome of what customer service should be; both in terms of his service attitude and ability to interact with customers. This kind of management ensures customer retention and loyalty. Hoping to encounter this level of service each and every time I shop at Game Gateway.
