Gateway Relaunch BLUNDER

1. "Prices valid at Game Gateway Store only from 13 - 17 November 2013"
2... stocks are limited... and try to meet demand... etc etc etc
3. "First 100, or 200, or 500 customers... etc etc etc"

So, we carpooled and travelled from Westville to spend a few thousand rand on various items. What the pamphlet did not say was that potential customers were queued outside the store by unfriendly security staff and let in as other customers leave the store.

When we reluctantly agreed to join the 50 metre line we were told sorry, there is another line outside the centre that must be followed to get into the short que. This line was hundreds of meters long.

I spoke to a lady that was about to be let inside the Centre. She was waiting 2& half hours. We left and had breakfast, afterwards we went past the line and that same lady was not in the store yet.

Customers willing to wait is subject to the rainy weather/ wind that we have today.

Why not use security staff to maintain order at Till que's while customers have the chance to browse availability of items still available.

DISSAPOINTED!!! MONEY, TIME & EFFORT WASTED.
POOR PLANNING AND EXECUTION.
