This retailer refuses to give customers their change as displayed on the till. They do not give 5 sents at all.
The have thousands of customers on a daily basis whom they do not give the right change adding to thousands of Rands they from the community on a daily basis. I go there 2 to 3 times a day and every day, The R5 a month from me, it they have about 150000 customers transactions a month, they hundreds of thousands a month.
Other retailers, if they don't have 5 sents to give a customer, they will offer a 10 sent.
Please investigate as they SPAR is committing and.
