I am absolutely not impressed but the lack of responsibility that the staff at Pick n pay showed. I waited for a gentleman by the name of john while Simphiwe was paging him constantly to no avail (i would like to thank simphiwe for her efforts). we later were attended to by the manager who made us wait 10 more minutes while he advised us incorreclty because he didnt listen clearly to what we wanted. I am very disappointed that we had to wait like this. One of the staff memeber even complained that he did not appreciate how we werer kept waiting but he could not help unfortunantely. if this is how pick n pay treats their client then i'd rather not shop there anymore. i am the customer that doesnt make a noise i jst choose to not do business with bad service companies. its even more sad that John and his manager saw nothing wrong with making me wait so long... not even an apology.
