I bought my fiance a veet epilator for her birthday. on taking it out of giftwrap on 12 January 2012 she told me she would prefer an electric shaver. we returned it to clicks on 12 January. the manager then told us that he could not accept it as it had been used. shock steps in. clicks sold me a used personal appliance. when he would not listen to reason I snapped and through epilator on floor and started shouting at him for which I apologize. but here is the deal. we are going to send this item to a forensic lab and hopefully they will find enough dna to proof that it is not my fiance's hair on it. i will then proceed to sue clicks for selling me an apliance of a personal nature that had been used by another person. i will also sue for causing me to get so upset and angry that i behaved out of character and for everything else an attorney could dream up. i will then also insist that clicks terminate the services of a manager that would allow a person to return apliance of personal nature after it had been used and then selling it to me. I will never again allow Clicks and it's staff to patronise me.
