I went into Pick 'n Pay and found a very long Que I then complained because there is a long ques and some tills are closed. I then got a call from the so called customer service manager and though I was not happy about her explanation I left it since I knew the lady and didn't' want to cause issues. This was 2 weeks ago. Today I call my relative who works for pick and pay and he tells me that the Diepkloof store called him about me. Firstly I didn't' complain because I know the pick 'n pay rules I complained cause I bring money to the company and I was under the impression that as a customer if I am unhappy I HAVE the right to complain. Secondly I complained cause I believe that if this store was in a suburb in the north there wouldn't' be such a long Que while some tills are closed. It is time companies like Pick 'n Pay start treating their customers with the same respect and stop passing the buck, blaming fellow employees if someone dares to voice their dissatisfaction about the customer service in a particular store. I will not stop complaining, bad customer service is exactly that BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will call my relative again and this bullying had better stop do your jo
