Once you have placed an order with Dial-a-bed and paid them, you (the customer) can expect to be the one that does all the chasing up. The orders call centre is efficient, however once the payment is made you get pushed onto a 2 man office that are extremely useless at their jobs. They never call you back, they constatly make false promises on delivery dates. Getting hold of them is difficult - they have an answering machine that NEVER gets checked so its pointless leaving a message. I have managed to get the email addresses of 2 staff members (Dustin Scholtz and Amanda Van der Vyver) and neither have responded to my email. From what Ive been told the bed is ready for delivery and I have been promised delivery dates which have long past. All I want is the bed originally ordered from them and they cant seem to get it right. I would NEVER recommend anyone purchases through Dial-a-bed.
