I ordered a bed on line on the 21st January, specifically requesting that the bed be delivered by 1st February. I was called the following day by Dial-a-Bed to confirm that they had received the order and to advise me that the bed was not in their stock. They would come back within the week with the exact delivery date. 9 days later, they were still not able to confirm anything, each time telling me that they would call back, which they never did. I then asked to speak to the person heading up the sales.

I then contacted Dustin, who said he would investigate and come back to me within half an hour. This is where the whole negative experience changed. He came back promptly to advise me that the bed was still not in stock. His solution was to supply us with a bed that cost significantly more at no cost to me (R5 599 to R14 999) as this was in stock and he would arrange for delivery asap. Within 24 hours of my conversation with Dustin, the bed had been delivered to Grahamstown. Great damage control and his professional assistance was an amazing PR job for Dial-a-Bed - sincere thanks Dustin.
