I have had it with Foschini. For 10 years my husband have been an excellent customer - you've made all your money from me: the wife who loves spending!!! You have never had any skipped payments from us, in fact - the account is always been settled in full (before the 6 month period) - yeah check our history for the past 10 years!!! Give us credit to buy more, yeet every time - me, as the wife who have been issued with a dual card (10 years ago), is being treated pathetic, time after time!!! End August 2012, I was embarrassed in the Jhb cbd store in front of all clients for wanting to make a purchase!!! Now, today - by your contact centre!!! You are so ridiculous!!! Why do you offer a dual card if this is the case, huh??? When my husband requested a dual card for me: this was so that I could use his account on my own, where ever, when ever!!! You refuse to give me an account balance - I want to settle account over the internet!!! Why did my husband sign for the dual card, then? You are wasting our time; my husband is a busy man!!! It's fine, you'll get full account settlement and then your account will be closed!!! You've got great competitors begging me to spend by them!
