Hi. My name is LD Putu. I had an account with Edagrs store, account number 7000100100062339973 and dual card for my ex-wife which I closed on 20 January 2011 at Krugersdorp store after making the final payment of R791.00 being helped by Lydia Kgosi (cashier). To my suprise, I received SMS in April 2011 stating that I have to pay my account. When I went to Key West Edgars store to enquire, it was detected that purchase have been made to the amount of R2 786.12 from the dual card that I closed. I immediately laid a dispute, which was on 14 April 2010. Shockinly, onther purchase went through on 20 May 2011 after I laid a dispute.
On 23 May 2010, I went back to Key West Edgards store for a follow up and Sihle (employee) told me that the account shows code 04. which means it was blocked.
I desire that my name be cleared to ITC and the judgement or any penalties marring my name be abandoned OR removed with immediate effect.
