My mum Mrs AD Moodley, has an account with Edgars, there were fraudlent purchases made on her account in dundee, was told to open a case which we did, she went to the store, and the service was shocking, my mum is 53yrs and is not well. The Manager and the lady from customer was very unhelpful, Manager (Selvan) told her if she does not pay the account they will repossess all our goods, is this the way your treat your customers? with regards to the case nos, the lady at customer service wanted to know why the case now was not written, case nos was sent to my cellphone. then she was told they can not assist her because there is a dual card on the account. i would like to know who signed of for the dual card as my mum has not signed for the card. i want the copy of the dual card information, also who signed for the dual card permission
