Ad service and no sevice

Jet call me last year and ask me if i want tot put somebody else on my funeral plan plus. I ask them if i can put my grandson Henco Paul Kubannek Born 27.08.2008 on my plan. they say it is no problem, my grandson died on 30 December 2012 and his funeral was on 4 January 2013. I did submit my claim at Jet Lephalale on the 10th of January 2013 but still have no payment. I ask the lady to follow up but no response. the claim is now in for more than 2 months. I know that a funeralplan must pay out within 24 or 48 hours. I did follow up with her for a few times bud no answers. I did call Hollard and the assure me they didn"t reseived any claims. how long must i wait for the claim to pay out. they take my money for years now and no service. I did send their finance department more than 10 emails but didn"t received any answers.
