I dont care what your saying afterwards because if you had explained to me that i must be a legal gardian of my grandson i wont be so stupid to add him to my funeral plan. Why dont you prove with your so called recording of our conversation that you did explain it to me? come on no fool will put somebody on a policy or a funeralplan if it is explained that he or she must be a gardian. you made a mistake by selling a funaralplan to me and dont do your job properly. Shame on you the law say if you dont do your end of the deal you are liable. Please i dare you get that recording and you will see that nobody said anything about gardianship, SHAME ON YOU.
