I am in the market for kitchen appliances, so I got a quote from a reputable company and did due diligence by getting competitors quotes. Dion Wired told me over the phone that they would beat the quote I had, so I went into Dion Wired just to be told that they could not even match the quote I had. I find it funny that on there walls they advertise that they will beat ant quote, and they go so far as to promise this (no terms and conditions printed on the wall). I reminded the store manager of this promise which he chose to ignore. For the record the next day I went to Hirsch's in Centurion and they beat the quote I had, and I did not even show them the quote. Dion Wired please do not make promises you cannot keep, and well done Hirsch's. I will not be returning to Dion Wired in a rush, and that is a promise...
