I sent my watch in for repairs on the 4th November 2012 and was told it would take a week and ill get a SMS,
in January 2013 I still had not revived any word or SMS so went into the store and was told that I would get a SMS the following week as they where getting repairs back that week, Guess what I'm still awaiting my SMS.
Last week I went in as this is now ridiculousness and two men assisted me I wont even call them Gentlemen as they where disgusting and arrogant and just plain useless they should have not been brought into this world how useless they where, eventually I got hold of the repair center and spoke to Roxanne who was very helpful, she advised me that a quote was done on the 29 November 2012 and sent to the store, Cajess is dam useless and you have just lost a good customer due to your poor incompetent staff I will never ever purchase any thing from you and strongly suggest that no one does as the back up service stinks
