On the 7 November 2013. I Took my watch to store Andrew the store manager advised that i just missed the Guess rep he normally come to the store on a Thurs told him that my watch only need to have the numeric glued on again.as there is nothing mechanically wrong with the watch.he assured me that it cost R80.00 - R95.00 besides they will quote BEFORE they do repairs. on the 12th Nov i took it in and told the sales person to please Call me before repairs get done, this was written on the receipt. on the 14th Dec 2013 Zainab Jackson called to inform me that the watch is back and it costs R350! I offer to pay R120.00 as she explained that their store is a taking the lost.on the7th Jan 2014 i went to collect it and told Zainab that i want to pay R100.00 as the tardiness was lying with them.she was stroppy and won so i paid the R150.00 that they demanded. I cannot believe how unprofessional and unethical Zainab and Andrew made a derogatory remark and laughed about, the customer, me whilst still at their store.
