Illing incorrect and no responds

On the 23 Jan 2013 I received my account through the post and noticed that i was over charged by R130.00, i sent an email which i have still not heard anything from and phoned the call centre, that resulted in me using up all my airtime, just to be told sorry you have to take up the matter with CNA the store were I bought from. That will mean me going back to the store paying for parking and fighting in the hope that something will be done or the matter will be resolved. As you can gather the day i bought my son the PSP game i noticed that i was charged on my account and the cashier told me he will fix the matter, called a manager got a override ect, then i payed cash. So NOW I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT OF R130 TWICE AND ONLY HAVE ONE GAME TO SHOW, SO A GAME OF R130 IS COSTING ME R260.00??? BUT NOW I GET PHONE CALLS AND SMS'S TO SAY I HAVE SHORT PAID AND I'M HANDED OVER AS A SLOW PAYER. WHY CAN I BE HANDED OVER BUT MY MATTER CAN NOT BE RESOLVED. WHY IS THIS NOW MY PROBLEM THAT YOUR STAFF COULD NOT FIX A PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME. YOU ARE SLOW IN RESOLVING PROBLEMS BUT FAST TO HAND US OVER. you can contact me on 031 2773700 during office hours
