Why would the manager apologize if on investigation it was confirmed that there was nothing wrong? There are no cameras @ the store in Westgate to protect customers from their own staff who from customers, the procedure of checking the fitting room after each customer was not followed. They have just lost their biggest customer, the lady had a very bad attitude while responding to me, we don't care about you! The area manager has contacted and spoke to you and they have apologised.
You are more than welcome to take this further. We have investigated the matter and nothing was found.
