The most annoying thing to me is that GAME stores and the staff think they are doing me a favour by me purchasing goods from them, and not the other way around! I bought a television from them on the 13/12/12 and after being in the store or about an hour I finally got it! Only to have the faulty stand snap only 3 weeks after the purchase date causing the LCD to crack!!!
I took the damaged T.V in the very same day, but to my avail I had to deal with very rude staff and a highly incompetent Manager who was not even empathetic and kept being defensive after they had sold me a T.V the got damaged within 3 weeks... I would like to know whether that is how the staff is trained? The Manager was insisting that I would foot the bill even though it was the stand that snapped!!! I WILL NOT PAY THAT BILL AND WILL EXPLOIT ALL MY RESOURCES UNTIL I Am HEARD AND THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED EVEN IF I HAVE TO TAKE THE LEGAL ROUTE! To date i have not had any correspondence, I have to do all the follow-ups and drive up and down... I'D BETTER BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL MY AIRTIME, TIME TAKEN OFF WORK AND PETROL USED TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED!!!
