I bought a generator on the 1st of December 2013 and when using it I found it was leaking oil, I returned it to the game store on the 3rd to which they told me that they had to refund me as they had no more stock of the product, I also took them to their terms of the price beat, a total of R 2 069.00 was to be credited to my game card. When making a purchase at Cradle-stone game on the 9th I found that my account had not been credited they told me that they will make an enquiry into why, I called RSC today (11/12/13) and they have informed me that they are still waiting for documents in order to sort out the issue. I refuse to pay any intrest on the amount that was meant to be credited and I'm really disappointed in the level of service both game branches have provided me. I feel that game is from me and if the matter is not resolved very soon I am going to have to take legal action against all parties involved.
