Received a voucher from Edgars for travel or shopping. Got quotes for the tavel and saw that it was WAY too expensive. Decided to use voucher for shopping instead, just to be told that I HAVE TO book the travel to be able to use the voucher for shopping, thats not what was described in the terms and conditions of the voucher. I quote "A voucher can either be issued in the form of a discount on a travel package booked OR can be issued as an Edgars store shopping voucher." Nowhere does it say you HAVE TO book accommodation first.
Edgars, your clients are not that you can just mess around when you feel like it.
