Words can't even express how agitated I'm with Edgars. I opened a Thank you account with Edgars on Saturday the 15th of June where I was given a fashion voucher of R1000.00.As thrilled as I was I decided I will use the voucher in Limpopo as I was on my way home. To my surprise I wasn't allowed to purchase any item with the provided voucher as I didn't have buying power as I had purchased Samsung Tablet. How does a free given1000 fashion Voucher have anything to do with the purchasing power? One of the T&Cs stipulated on the internet was that one will get a voucher regardless of the credit limit that one has. I need some answers with regards to this. If truly this is how things are ran, then you shouldn't mislead customers in thinking that by opening an account with you, they will automatically qualify to get a 1000.00 fashion voucher.
