I paid my account in full on the 8th or 9th of January 2013. I asked the guy who helped me to close my account; he gave me a form to full in to close the account. I have received a sms on 22/01/2013 of the outstanding balance of R2.65, again I went to the Mr Price in Klerksdorp were I paid, he then took out the form I a file, and admit that he have forgot to fax it, but he will do it. I have just received a sms stating my outstanding balance is R5.34. I am not going to pay the outstanding amount, as this is not my responsibility, I trust that everyone are capable of doing their job, but seems that Mr Price staff in Klerksdorp are not capable of doing their job. I want an answer from Mr Price ASAP. I am very unhappy!!!
