i opened an account with Mr price in 2010 and my account always got paid on time. i stop working for a few months and had about R300 to pay on my Mr price account. once i started work again i paid the money and wanted to have the account closed but was waiting way long to be seen to so i walked away. a month later they phone and say i have R25 outstanding on my account, i want to know where did that come from cos i paid the account in full and even wanted to have it closed. if i did how would you have billed me R25, which is now sitting on R1000 some change because i wont pay you'll, yet i paid you'll in full? and now i have a bad record because of you'll. if someone from Mr price accounts could please contact me to speak about this because i don't think this is right what you'll have done I'm very upset.
