Pathetic service

On the 5th of October 2013 I went to Westgate mall (Legit store) and I forgot my phone at the counter after paying and 10 minutes later when i went back they told me they gave it to someone else without checking if that person was the owner of the phone. WORST of all they didn't ask her anything they just called her and gave her MY phone which is a Samsung S4. Their manager Innocentia told me that they is nothing they can do. Their regional manager told me it's my fault that they gave my phone to someone else (Jonas mamothame). Their security guard and store manager told me that Dudu didn't follow procedure because she was not supposed to give the phone to that customer but was supposed to give the phone to them.
Even their head office told them that they were wrong from the time I called them and Sithembiso confirmed that the cashier was wrong. I have been calling their head office and their giving me the run around.
IS THIS HOW EDCON TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER AND WORST OF ALL YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE CAMERAS IN YOUR STORE, ARE WE EVEN SAFE TO SHOP IN YOUR STORE.WHAT YOU ARE TELLING ME IS I SHOULD GO MYSELF.
I JSUT WANT MY PHONE BACK.
