My daughters cellphone was out of her bag in Mr Price yesterday afternoon at around 16h00 by another customer. This is the second time one of our phones have been in the same manner in that particular store. We reported it to the staff on duty and security immediately who were not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in our problem. We were told "You probably lost it so go and look around the store to try and find it! " According to the staff there are no surveillance cameras in the store so I'm sure crime in that store is somehow acceptable! There were three customers in the store who were bumping us around and sticking fairly closely to us the entire time we were in there and it is suspected that it might have been them.By the time the security and staff were notified these customers were still in the store so they could possibly have been searched. Once they realized that we knew the phone was gone they disappeared! The Don't Care attitude of staff and security towards customers is unacceptable and I will never spend one cent there again. With a brand as big as Mr Price they could surely do something to protect customers who are spending money in their stores!!!
