We bought a Telefunken Tv from House and Home in April 2012. In October the tv's sound went dead. We send it in and it was fixed. About a month ago we noticed that the TV's sound wont go above 50%. On Saturday 9 February the picture died as well. I took the TV in and demanded that they replace it. Ina was very helpfull and said she would relay the message. Almost two weeks later I am still waiting to hear if they will replace it. Everytime I phone, Ina tells me that the Telefunkin rep still has to come inspect the Tv... Im now tired of being nice!
I demand that they replace the TV immedielately with the same type of device!
