We purchased a new Serta bed from your Northgate Branch in April this year. Seven months later the bed started sagging in the middle and going soft and we requested an exchange under the warranty, which was approved.
They said they delivered the new mattress under the warranty today. The mattress they delivered however is far from new, it is in a worse condition than the one that they took away. This is clearly, they took my property and replaced it by something older and in worse condition whilst creating the impression that they are giving me a new mattress.
I will not sleep on that mattress, lord alone knows who it belonged to before and how old it really is.
