I was at Shoprite in Chappel street (opposite Woolworths) a few minutes ago where I only went to buy a 500ml juice. As usual because its only 1 item I went to the kiosk and there were absolutely no customers. The lady (Mary) who was working at the kiosk was just walking around doing nothing while her coleague whom she was chatting with turned me away saying that I must go back into the quee becaue the shop was not busy. She had no customers at the kiosk and refused to help me with only one item. I need to understand that based on what reasons can people not pay at the kiosk because I have never been turned at a kiosk before. I was very unhappy because I had to go and quee for about 20 minutes just to pay 1 item.
