Visiting shoprite kwt opposite post office has been very unpleasant for the very first time in my life, they only have 1 till for less than 10 items and I only had 6.When I asked the kiosk counter if they can assist by minimising the queu because it was very long that manager told me he doesn't care we must just stand there as long as it takes, who talks to a client like that really??? I had to go all the way to Spar and i was assisted with respect. That store manager is very rude to his clients. I do all my shopping at Shoprite and I have never been treated this way.
