To whom it may concern

On the 17th February 2013 my husband bought me a Blackberry Torch.
This phone is not registering my Sim card at all. When I went back to
try and figure out what is going on with the phone your manager told
me I did not buy the phone at your branch - I have the slip, the box
and the phone to prove that I did - he said it is not showing on their
system. When I checked the IMEI number of the phone and the box back
home it doesn't match.
First of all it is not your customer's responsibility to check that
the products you sell is in working condition and that it is actually
the right products. I was informed that the phone has a six months
warranty. This is unacceptable service and as far as I am concerned
the amount that I paid for this broken phone was from me as it
is not reflecting on your system, which means that the sales person
probably put the money in his pocket.
This is unacceptable and I want this issue resolved ASAP with no
excuses and no "buts" - this is utter poor service and I either want
my money back or I want a phone that actually works.
