I purchase a blackberry phone and after two months the phone screen went blank and i took the phone back for the repair I was advise that i will be contacted back my contact details was taken however no contact was made for two months eventually I return to querie about my phone the customer agent give the phone back and reported that my phone is beyond repair no refund or replacement phone was offered as I only had my phone in possesion for two months. Pep cell is not taking any responsibility for for this querie and the service level from the customer service agents was pathetic.the supervisor that assisted me was reading from a page and was very sarcastic unfriendly and no extra service was offerred and NEVER again will I ever deal with pepcell due to service and terms and condition thats pathetics. Imagine purchasing a phone for two months that means that I basicly went out to purchase a phone cash for R2000 and it only is temporary. Its sad how pepcell treated me and now I am without a phone paid cash and now that they have my money I am of no concern to them. I will write back with the name of agents
