Someone opened an account using my mothers name
When she wanted to open an account at a different store they told her that she is in arrears at Best Electric store in klerksdorp. She was confused and went to the store, where they told her that someone did open an account under her name and that person told the consultant that the original account holder will come sign everything the next day.
Why did the consultant process the deal without confirming with the original account holder
The paperwork is/ was not signed by the original account holder
This is and my mother has arrears of R861 under her name and a balance of R1935.67 for something that she does not have and didn't sign for.
She cant even get a credit increase due to the arrears under her name
this is getting worse as i cannot open an account due to this, i need this to be sorted as soon as possible. Both the consultant who assisted that person with my ID and the manager should be held liable for this matter. i did not expect this from them!!!
