I went to Edgars on 30 January as requested to give documents for FICA. Took afternoon of for this purpose as my account will be blocked if I do not respond. Went to Edgars on Saturday could not use my account it was blocked. Phoned them this morning since January my forms were never send through. I suffered huge embarrassment on Saturday took day off to sort issues this is what I get. Never late with payments spend money at Edgars but this is how they treat customers. No apology this morning undertook to let me know today that matter rectified hard no response at 16.00. E-mail send to supervisor no response. Not acceptable at all!
